Telephone dictation adds convenience and connectivity to your dictation
needs. Simply dial in to our Vt-Call 800 service and follow the
prompts. Your
files are immediately uploaded to the Vitaltype servers
which manage the end-to-end process of your dictation and transcription
project. Within
minutes of hanging up the phone, your dictation is digitally
retrieved by one of Vitaltype's transcription professionals.
This
system is accessible via a touch-tone phone 24-hours a day, 7
days a week. Each dictation client is given a password ID that automatically
routes their dictation to the proper transcription professional.
During the phone dictation process, users have a number of editing
and playback options, including: TAT(Turn Around Time) assignment,
dictation review and editing.
